Mouthpiece has some scratches from the ligature but is quite useable. Case shows some wear but is fully functional. Tenon corks are in good shape and parts fit together snugly. Pads are a little dirty and some are sticky so they may need replacing. But does have some light surface tarnish that comes off with a cotton ball and a little pressure.
